Civil Division
Picking up where the criminal enforcement sections of the Sheriff's Department leave off, Civil Division handles all matters of civil dispute and warrant entry and service. Working closely with various courts, judge's, attorney's, out of town/state agencies and the public, the Civil Division enters, disperses and serves all legal paperwork, including;
- Divorces
- Ex-Parte Orders
- Protection Orders
- Home/Landowner disputes
- Landlord/Tenant disputes
- Warrants
- Writ of Execution
