Cell Phone Collections
The Sheriff's Department participates in the collection of used cell phones for the 911 Cell Phone Bank. Through the Cell Phone Bank, we are able to help provide cell phones to senior citizens and victims of domestic violence who may need quick access to the 911 system, but who do not have the funds to purchase and maintain a cell phone of their own.
If you would like to donate your cell phone, you may drop it, and any accessories you have for it, off at one of the following locations in Garland County;
- Garland County Sheriff's Department; 525 Ouachita Avenue
- Fountain Lake Superstop; 100 Highway 7N
- D&R Grocery; 1701 Airport Road
