Led by Steve Moore, the Communications Center is a 24-hour operation which provides emergency and non-emergency call taking and dispatching for the Sheriff's Department. The Center is also the Primary Answering Point (PSAP) for Garland County 911 calls originating outside the city limits of Hot Springs, which includes transferring emergency calls to the appropriate agencies as needed.
